Current 2010 Membership into the AZMCC is FREE !

A Roster of all Members will be maintained by the Membership Coordinator and be available for review by the Membership at any time. The roster and all information will not be used for any purpose other than to keep track of AZMCC activities. The roster will not be copied or made available to anyone other than the Members Committee [MC]. This is in accordance with the AZMCC "Guidelines" Manual, Section 13.

Any monetary donations to the AZMCC Club Treasury from any AZMCC Member or AZMCC Sponsor will be accepted and used to help defray any costs associated with AZMCC Club activities and/or sanctioned Events.

However, there is absolutely NO COST to be a Member of the AZMCC.

Methods or Rules we use as Guidelines of the AZMCC:

A current AZMCC "Guidelines Manual" is available for all Members, as well as potential Members, to read at any time. The Guidelines will be maintained, and be made available by the Director of the AZMCC at all times at all Events or Activities.

This Guideline Manual is not a rule book, but rather a record of "who, what, where, when and sometimes why" each Member is required to follow steps ensuring the Safety and well being of all AZMCC Members. It is also intended as a guideline for anyone else associated with Events or Activities of the AZMCC. It is also a Guideline for the assigned or elected Members Committee [MC] personnel to ensure the AZMCC is run efficiently to meet the expectations of it's membership. The ONLY RULE is that SAFETY is the most important thing to the AZMCC !
