AZMCC Guidelines Manual [AGM]

1.  A current AZMCC "Guidelines Manual" [AGM] is available for all Members to read at any time.  It can also be reviewed by prospective Members if they want to see how the AZMCC will function for them if they decide to join.  The Guidelines document will be maintained and be made available by the Director of the AZMCC at all times including all Events or Activities.

2.  The Guideline Manual is not a book of strict rules, but rather a way to regulate the "who, what, where, when and sometimes why" each Member is required to follow specific steps ensuring the Safety and well being of all AZMCC Members.  It is also intended as a guideline for guests and anyone else associated with Events or Activities of the AZMCC.  Additionally, it is a Guideline for the assigned or elected volunteer Members Committee [MC] personnel to ensure the AZMCC is run efficiently to the expectations of it's entire membership.  A copy is available at the bottom of this page.

3.  The AZMCC is operated by a totally Voluntary group of Members.  The volunteer Members Committee [MC] personnel are initially assigned by the Director of the Club, but are then elected to the MC via the Guidelines Manual to ensure the AZMCC is run efficiently for the benefit of it's membership.

4.  Additional AZMCC Positions may be developed and put into effect by the Members Committee [MC] as required to ensure the AZMCC is run efficiently.

5.  Below are the Voluntary Positions of the AZMCC.  Any Member may volunteer to help the Club in one of the capacities listed.  To apply for any position, contact the Director of the AZMCC for consideration.
